A Still From the Video Where al-Ansi Claimed Responsibility for the Charlie Hebdo Attack

Nasser bin Ali al-Ansi, a senior Al-Qaeda militant has been killed along with his son and six other fighters in a US drone strike.  al-Ansi claimed responsibility for the attack on French satirical paper Charlie Hebdo in January along with other attacks in a three-day span in Paris that took 17 livers in all.

al-Ansi also called for more lone wolf attacks in Western countries a week after claiming responsibility for the attacks.  He said lone wolf attacks were “better and more harmful.”  He was killed in Mukalla, Yemen, with the drone strike evidence that the US is still involved in Yemen despite the worsening civil war.
