Agarwal Was Born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, But Became a Popular Bollywood Actress
Aarthi Argarwal has died at the age of 31 after a failed liposuction surgery. The actress had been starring in Bollywood films since she was 16 years old and, while her career had tailed off since the height of her popularity in the early 2000’s, her latest film had just been released days before her death.
Argawal had liposuction surgery in the US about a month ago. The 2001 film Nuvvu Naaku Nachav helped launch her popularity in India, despite being born in the US. In 2005, she acted in five films, but also attempted to commit suicide after her relationship with a co-star ended badly.
